In the past two years, schools are suspended due to the epidemic. Preexisting education problems are turned into a crisis causing serious impact to students’ learning, health and well-being. As of July 2021, 600 million children worldwide are still out of school and an additional 2.38 million children are estimated to permanently drop out of school. UNICEF’s “Reimagine Education” responds to the situation and provides educational resources for children in need. The funds raised from the virtual running event will be used to support various projects of the ” Reimagine Education” initiative.
