Young Envoys Programme
UNICEF Young Envoys Programme (the Programme), launched by UNICEF HK in 1996, aims to provide a valuable opportunity for Hong Kong youngsters to explore global and local issues in relation to children's rights to survival, protection, development and participation. Currently, over 5.84 million children fail to reach their fifth birthday every year, and the majority of those deaths are preventable. The Programme enables local youngsters to better understand the difficulties and challenges children facing globally, and to partner with UNICEF to end children's suffering. Outstanding Young Envoys will be granted an opportunity to visit UNICEF work in the field in a developing country.
UNICEF Club
UNICEF Club strives to strengthen the connection between UNICEF HK and secondary schools since its launch in 2007. It provides entry-free and student-led platform, in which student leaders are encouraged to care about world children as global citizens, and are empowered to play a vital role in promoting global citizenship to peers by organizing different kinds of school activities.

Working through local NGOs, the programme provides trainings to children and empowering them as children radio host.
The radio programme is a co-production of UNICEF HK and Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK), 24 episodes of radio programme starting 13 April 2022 will be broadcasted every Wednesday, 11 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., during the air time of a popular programme Crazy and Happy on RTHK Radio 2. Michael Leung, a renowned radio host of RTHK will lead children hosts to talk about different education and social topics that matter to children.
“Reimagine Education” is the main theme of the programme. Stepping into a new era, the society becomes more innovative and diversified. Education should also add on different elements to nurture children’s abilities.
